For one week, the Audemars Piguet x Sven Wassmer Memories pop-up transformed the terrace of AP House Zurich into an Alpine-inspired meadow — adorned with greenery, moss, pines, and stone. To create an element of surprise for guests who have seen it all, the entrance leading up to the terrace was reimagined as a vintage-inspired grand hotel reception. Two lobby boys, dressed in the colors of the Watch Maison’s 150th anniversary and wearing hats embroidered with edelweiss, welcomed guests and accompanied them to their tables. Complementing the atmosphere, a DJ curated a vinyl set that built slowly toward the lunch experience — a contemporary interpretation inspired by the Pablo Nouvelle soundscape often played at the restaurant.

Once seated, the guests were welcomed to a four-course lunch that showcased Sven Wassmer Memories’ signature dishes, crafted with the finest regional ingredients. Among the highlights: sweet carrots with flower pollen, sourdough served with Alpine-infused butter, and his renowned smoked char. Each dish was complemented by Amanda Wassmer-Bulgin’s thoughtful non-alcoholic pairings alongside Bollinger Champagne.

The experience unfolded through a series of intimate encounters — from daily lunches to a curated press dinner and an afternoon tea with key opinion leaders. Each occasion deepened the narrative of Audemars Piguet and Sven Wassmer as visionary partners, united by innovation, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of meaningful connection.
